Culture Page:
Rice is a fundamental food in different typical dishes of our city and of course of our country Peru.
So I decided to call it:
The perfect slice:
The first and best-known food is Juane, a meal made from rice with eggs, olives and chicken
The second is the 'Aguadito', an exquisite soup full of flavor and texture, this soup has rice, hot peppers, carrots, beer, corn and peas as ingredients.
The third is arroz chaufa, a dish well known throughout Peru for being so simple but at the same time so delicious. This dish has rice with soy sauce, scrambled eggs, Chinese onion and sausage.
The fourth is the Arroz a la Jardinera, this dish, besides being simple, is very delicious, it contains rice, peas, red hot peppers and carrots.
The fifth is the Arab Rice, this exquisite dish complements very well with different foods, it contains rice with soy sauce, angel hair noodles and raisins
And last but not least, this dish is still as delicious as the previous ones, we are talking about Arroz Con Pollo, it contains rice, peas, chicken, rocoto, carrots and corn.

My eating habits:Hello! I'm Joan, I'm from Peru from the city of Iquitos. In the mornings I usually eat bread and butter with my favorite hot drink, a coffee. I only eat that food for my breakfast because I have virtual classes around seven in the morning to one in the afternoon, so I need to eat really fast to be ready for my classes.
For lunch, I have a wide variety of foods, when my mom is at my house, she prepares the food that my sister and I prefer. Our favorite food is the green noodles or 'Salpicón de Pollo' which are so delicious.
For dinner I just eat a little, because later it can give me a stomachache, so I drink a cup of tea or coffee and eat a packet of craker.
