My favorite restaurant is Gaia Restaurant Cevicheria. It is located at Calle Los Frutales B1 Pampachica - Iquitos, Peru. This point is characterized by serving à la carte dishes.
Nowadays, like all restaurants in the city of Iquitos, they have incorporated different protocols and biosafety care to offer a safe environment to enjoy the quality and service they offer you.
The dish that I enjoy the most when going to Gaia is the mixed Chicharron, this dish consists of fish chicharron, chicken chicharron, fried yuquita, fried ripe fruit and lettuce.
In addition to my favorite food, Gaia has a variety of à la carte dishes such as ceviche, rice with seafood, tiger's milk, tacacho with jerky, etc.
